With more than 15+ Years of experience in Real Estate Investments and a Degree in International Business, she is the perfect partner for your next Real Estate Investment Journey.

Janjira Volpi, Advisor, Interior Design and Renovations
With over 13 years of experience in the design industry, Janjira is a passionate and creative FFE and Interior Designer holding a European Qualification Framework (EQF) in Interior Design and a Diploma in Industrial Design.
She has successfully delivered high-end projects across Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, and Europe, spanning the retail, hospitality, residential, corporate, and F&B sectors.
Within Zero Two Ventures, she oversees renovation, furnishing, and interior design services with a focus on maximizing property value and enhancing investment appeal. Her expertise includes product consulting, design development, and spatial communication, as well as furniture and FFE design tailored to each project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
Janjira speaks Thai, Italian, and English.
Phingphing Poocharoen, Advisor, Agent and Property Manager
Phing has been working in Bangkok as a Real Estate Agent for several years before meeting Elisa during one of her real estate purchases in 2023. She has a long experience in managing and selling condos and houses in Bangkok. She is a precise professional with a deep knowledge of regulations, purchase and selling strategies and she is an experienced co-host within the network of Zero Two Ventures investors.

Tanan Kesornbua, Property Manager (CEO of Venture Living)
A former Data Engineer now thriving as a real estate entrepreneur, Tanan collaborates with Zero Two Ventures through his company, Venture Living. His primary focus is ensuring an elite property management experience for Zero Two Ventures investors, bridging the gap between high-level investment and operational excellence.
Leveraging his analytical background to maximize asset performance, Tanan currently manages a portfolio of 40+ listings across Thailand and Canada. He is dedicated to providing seamless management solutions that enhance property value and ensure peace of mind for owners.
